The old Rectory is the latest addition to our ever growing range of quality 12th scale buildings.  Great emphasis has been apllied to the design of this amazing 4 roomed property.  
All components are designed using the latest CAD drawing programme and manufactured using state of the art CNC routing technology.  All windows machined to exact tollerances to allow for stained glass inserts to be fitted.  Roof pitched at 60 degress.  Eaves trim inserts into pre-grooved slots below roof.
The Old REctory is our most ambitious project to date and therefore due to the complexity, no kit will be available.

The Old Rectory is delivered to you built in person.  To aid painting and decorating all windows, cills trim etc although machined will not be glued into place.

Please note that this building is for ardent miniature enthusiasts only and is defintately not suitable for children.
